Good idea - doesn't work
I bought this new shower head for my wife. When she saw it, she was so excited. When she used it she was very upset. It does not allow enough water pressure to function properly. I took out and drilled out all the restrictors and it works better. However, there still is not enough pressure to use all the functions. Don't spent the money on this, my wife likes the cheap hand held we had better than this one. I however, like this better because of the both together rain feature and being able to use the hand held and still be under the water from the other. I shave my head and don't need water pressure to wash out shampoo though..

Cool product but novelty wears off quickly
What made me decide to purchase this product was the outstanding number of possibilities. Using both head and wand together gave the widest coverage and largest volume, while switching to the head or wand alone conserves water. In practice, the choices were more than what I needed. I rarely used the high-power massage modes or the shower head, which are too strong for infants.

On the shower wand, the two modes which I most frequently used, Trickle and Steady flow, are on the opposite ends of the switch/ring. Like other reviewers, I found that it is difficult to twist even after learning the proper techniques.

Two things would have made this product better: 1) If the ring allowed a full 360 (1-2-3-4-5-1), so that Trickle is more accessible. 2) If the head contained a variable flow switch, that would duplicate the Trickle mode of the shower wand.

I used the In2ition for about 3 months. I've replaced it with a shower wand that has the features I now want, namely the variable flow switch and a built-in shut off when the water becomes too hot. Search Google or Amazon for "antiscald" to find it.

very good product
These showerheads offer a nice variety of options with the removable showerhead and the stationary shower as well. It was easy to install, look nice and they work very well. So far they've been excellent.

!Totally Awesome!
Me and my girlfriend share the shower in the morning before work so I thought this would work better than rotating turns under the shower head. Best idea ever! Of course water pressure was a concern, but it was not a problem. When both heads are turned on, the water pressure is fine. And when you have just the hose turned on, you could remove paint.
There are a lot of settings, and the knob to turn water off and on between hose, shower head, or both, is pronounced and easy to turn with soapy hands.
The unit is heavy duty and well constructed, you can feel the quality.
I'll never go back.

Simplicity with functunality
It is a very nice piece of shower head. Quality of material is very good and it works just fine.

Works great!
Both my husband and I like this shower head, especially compared to a standard head. I like the hose and it is just about long enough. We were able to find a spray adjustment we both like. Could have been five stars but I don't have much to compare it to.

Great water flow for the price...
I bought this to replace a fixed "builder standard" fixture in a guest bathroom that had poor water flow. I have to admit, I'm quite surprised by the performance of this unit. At this price point, I wasn't sure what I was getting, but the waterflow is great. Not quite as strong as my pricey Kohlers in my master bath, but no surprise there.

Couple of things to note: 1) this unit was quick and easy to install - it took me less than 10 minutes -including removal of my fixed shower head. 2) it is not made of brass or metal - it appears to be some type of chrome plated plastic, and it is light in weight - doesn't feel as substantial as more expensive units. 3) You do not want to use any tools during installation (when you feel the unit, you'll know why)- I made all "hand tight" connections and have no leaks. 4) Take care when placing the handheld into its cradle. Mine slipped from my hand during installation, went sailing down and crashed into the tiled wall below. No damage to the unit, but I don't think it would withstand that kind of impact on a regular basis. In the shower, it stays in the cradle just fine.

Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase. Only rated 4 stars because the massage and pulsing water flow options are marginal.

I tried 3 different shower heads to replace my old one... this was by far the BEST.... the water pressure is really strong and all the different settings are great.

This product is awesome, could not have ask for anything better. It works perfectly, and you get a very relaxing shower experience from it.

Reasonable handheld shower for the price
Purchased this unit to pair with a fixed wide patter showerhead for walk in shower. Wanted a hand held option for cleaning, as well as massage options. The water pressure is adequate but not strong, even upon removing the flow restrictor. The massage action is OK, but not as strong as my original shower masssager from the mid 1980's.
The vinyl hose is annoying as another reviewer mentioned, in tat it does not hang well and can result in shower head twisting while using it.

DON'T BUY THIS ITEM
The spinning face, which selects the mode and sprays water has come loose. Water leaks all around the head and thus, has lost all pressure. I'm pretty sure this item will be replaced by Waterpik; however, what am I suppose to do while I wait for Waterpik to deal with this? If there isn't a replacement, I'll update this review.

Waterpik
Good product for the price. One thing that should be made stronger is the piece that gets screwed into the wall pipe - it is weak and very wrench-unfriendly

Easy to install, but not as powerful as I expected...
Good price. I didn't like that its made of metal looking plastic, wish it was made of a sturdy metal, but I guess you get what you pay for. Easy to install, and nice long cord, however it's stream is very weak. My shower has incredible water pressure, so I know its not my shower, my old shower head was like a fire hose power blaster, so I was looking for something a little more gentle as to not blast my face off, but this is pretty weak, even the stronger settings don't get all the soap out of my hair as quickly as I'd like. If you prefer a more gentle pressure, then this shower head may work out for you, but if your looking for something more powerful, I'd shop around a bit more and maybe spend the extra dollar.

Great Help!
This is one of the best handheld shower heads we have ever used! We love the different settings and especially the massage settings! Of course, we chose a Waterpik due to their reputation and we were not disappointed one bit.

don't want to get out of the shower
easy to install, works exactly as described, lifetime warranty sounds good. don't tighten connections too much, you can mash the washer which is a bit thin. water flow is great and settings from pulse to spray make you want to shower a bit longer. hopefully the plastic construction is sturdy enough for the long run. hose is long enough to clean the walls and tub but not too long. overall very satisfied at this point, would recommend to friends.

Very nice shower head
This shower head looks nice in my bathroom and seems to be of very good quality even so it is made from plastic mostly. Installation was easy and no tools were necessary. The shower modes (including pulsing ones) are useful and having essentially two shower heads with a rainy from above is especially nice when taking hot showers.

It's great! But...
The shower system is amazing! I love it! Works beautifully, but my pipe system can support the amount of water that flows out of it. I'm now trying to find a good quality shower head flow control to latch it on, as to avoid the puddling that accumulates after a few minutes in the shower. Otherwise, I highly recommend it if you can afford to pay the slightly higher water bill!

We recently purchased the dual shower head and love it. It was very easy to install and works great! Very smooth delivery of the water and strong pressure.

Good in a low pressure house...
My house has water pressure a bit on the low side. This shower head works much better than my previous one. The massage setting has a strong pulse & the larger part of the head is a pleasent rain shower feel. I like it.
